Tracy Brown serves as the Senior Managing Director of Multi-Family Management, where she oversees the operations and performance of the entire multifamily management portfolio. Her responsibilities include managing property teams, ensuring financial stability, maintaining tenant satisfaction, adhering to regulatory standards, and strategic planning to optimize investment returns.
Tracy is a licensed Michigan Real Estate Salesperson and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. With over 25 years of experience in property management, she has expertise in conventional market rate, Section 8-11, Section 8-D3, and LIHTC properties. Before joining Friedman, she was the Director of Property Management for a New York-based firm, managing properties in Detroit and Manhattan.
