Jonathan Zacharias
Chief Operations Officer
As Chief Operations Officer, Jonathan works closely with the leaders of our operating business to assist them in developing long-term growth plans for their units and to ensure that they have appropriate people, resources systems, and policies in place to enable orderly growth of those units.
Jonathan has held a variety of leadership roles in operations and strategy over nearly 20 years across real estate, hospitality, retail, and management consulting. He has specialized in developing high performing teams and leading impactful operational improvement initiatives for established businesses. Jonathan holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University.
