John-Paul oversees the asset management, leasing, valuation services, tax appeals, and receivership business divisions at Friedman Real Estate. He provides strategic leadership in optimizing asset values, managing the leasing and investments teams, coordinating distressed property valuations, and ensuring standardized reporting for data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
John-Paul has been with Friedman Real Estate since January 2010. He graduated from the University of Michigan and received his MBA in Finance/Real Estate from American University in Washington, DC. His prior work experience includes a decade of commercial real estate brokerage and underwriting experience in Chicago, IL.
