We understand that it is essential to evaluate and monitor the collateral and sponsors that stand behind loans and to do so from the eyes of an owner, not just a third-party fee provider. We approach asset management services using the same perspective an owner uses to acquire real estate. We ensure that every question is asked, and all recommendation have the intent of creating value.

We take possession and control of the relevant assets and property operations in most geographic locations at a moment’s notice - through new management assignments or in the form of a new receivership. We ensure the continuity of necessary employees and notify all interested parties (tenant, vendors, etc.).

We perform all responsibilities ordinarily performed by an owner or asset manager, including safeguarding the property and assets. We continue all necessary relationships with lenders and lessees preparing operating budgets, collecting rent, paying bills, overseeing tenant relations, performing routine and emergency maintenance including conducting the follow-up to ensure that issues have been remediated.
