Comprehensive reports and analyses detailing local economies and real estate markets including rent/sale comp surveys, demographics, trends, etc. Prepare Broker Opinions of Value for use with asset and loan acquisition, disposition, and market strategy.

Financial and Operational Analysis including; site inspections, lease file audits, surveys, environmental reports, property condition reports, title work, value add analysis, zoning reports, economic incentives, vendor contracts, mechanical systems review, ADA, etc.

Review assessments on an annual basis and determine valuation relative to market and make recommendations based on the data.

Audit historical usage and costs, evaluate alternative energy providers, LED conversion analysis, evaluate building automation systems, and analyze usage and costs on an on-going basis.

Ensure proper policies and procedures are in place to minimize risk for both liability and casualty. Institute safety programs and training, manage claims, credential vendors and monitor their insurance compliance, monitor tenant insurance compliance. Obtain and review insurance policies per owner’s requirements.

Assist with design and set-up of wiring, conference rooms, phone systems, video walls, digital signage/directories, surveillance, wi-fi, etc.
