Pima Road (Building A, Suite 300) in Scottsdale, Arizona. The tenant, Quicken Loans, worked with Bedrock Real Estate and a Friedman representative on the lease transaction which was an expansion of their current lease on the first floor.
Friedman opened their Arizona office in 2011 and has since continued to grow their brokerage and management team with the recent addition of Ken Hamby, who was formerly an asset manager for LNR Property Corporation in Miami Beach, Florida. Hamby spent three years there working out CMBS loans on distressed commercial real estate throughout the country. Prior to this, he served in various areas of corporate banking and commercial real estate lending. He is currently pursuing new business opportunities for investment sales, commercial and multi-family management and advisory work for new and existing clients throughout Arizona. Friedman has been leasing and managing multi-family, warehouse, office and retail properties totaling over 600,000 square feet in the Phoenix and Tucson areas.
