This undertaking involved more than just construction; it was about integrating Design + Build processes and collaborating closely with the owners to create a unique entertainment destination that embodies the vibrant spirit of this revitalized neighborhood.
Faced with an 8,000 sq ft blank canvas, we embraced the challenge. Our clients articulated a desire for a space with significant impact, including an “Instagram-worthy” focal point, a full cocktail bar, duckpin bowling, interactive dark lanes, and a state-of-the-art self-pour beer system featuring 76 options. We meticulously translated their ideas into actionable plans, combining creative vision with strategic execution.
Over a focused 16-week period, our team transformed the raw space into the impressive venue it is today. We designed and managed every facet of the project, from navigating permitting, inspections (including a complex day with four simultaneous inspections) and approvals to overseeing our network of skilled tradesmen and contractors. Throughout the process, we prioritized transparent communication, ensuring our clients were consistently informed and engaged. Their on-site presence was welcomed, and their input was invaluable.
The collaborative nature of this project was a key factor in its success. We forged a strong partnership with the owners, welcoming them into the Premier family. Their passion inspired our team, and we were driven to not only meet but exceed their expectations.
