Friedman facilitated the consolidation and relocation of Guardian Alarm’s former headquarters to a new 37,111 SF office space at 26711 Northwestern Highway in Southfield, Michigan. In early 2023, Friedman sold Guardian Alarm’s 66,000 SF former office buildings at the intersection of 8 Mile Road and the Southfield Freeway. Guardian Alarm utilized Premier Construction and Design’s services to create their new space for today’s modern workforce. Friedman’s Vice President of Brokerage Services, Dan Verderbar completed the sale, relocation, and new lease for Guardian Alarm.
Friedman Real Estate recently completed a case study video where they spoke with the President & CEO of Guardian Alarm, Brent Uhl about his experience using Friedman’s integrated solutions. “I wish we honestly could showcase it [their new headquarters] for all of our customers to experience the behind the scenes and inner workings here.” Says Uhl.
